Shipping & Delivery

At MESKMUSE, we offer international shipping with two delivery options: ePacket and EMS World.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

ePacket — Economy International Shipping

ePacket is an affordable international shipping service for small and lightweight packages, designed especially for e-commerce businesses. It is a convenient and economical option for customers who prefer standard international delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination region and is calculated from the date the parcel enters the postal system.

• Asia: 7–10 business days
• Oceania: 8–14 business days
• Africa: 12–13 business days
• South America: 12–14 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days

EMS World — Express International Shipping

EMS World is an international express mail service designed for faster and reliable delivery to destinations around the world. It is the express option for customers who prefer a faster delivery service.

Delivery time depends on the destination region and is calculated from the date the parcel enters the postal system.

• Asia: 3–5 business days
• Oceania: 4–6 business days
• Europe: 4–9 business days
• North America: 5–7 business days
• South America: 9–11 business days

Tracking included.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel.

Please note that the estimated delivery time starts from the date the parcel enters the postal system and does not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Package weight
• Selected shipping method

You can choose between Economy International Shipping (ePacket) and Express International Shipping (EMS World) where both services are available for your destination.

Customs & Import Duties

Delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, import procedures, or local postal services in the destination country, if applicable.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

MESKMUSE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or procedures outside of our control.

Business Days

Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Thailand and the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Returnable Items
You may return merchandise purchased from Meskmuse under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
All original packaging must be intact, including dust bags, boxes, and any protective coverings
All original tags and authenticity certificates must remain attached
Items must be free from scents, makeup, or other signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as “ Sale” at the time of purchase
Product with visible signs of wear, damage, or soiling
Items without original packaging and documentation
* All sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
* Final sale. No returns or refunds.

Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Email ( Meskmuse.official@gmail.com ) with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Please include “Return Request” in the subject line.
Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request via email within 1-2 business days.
Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include all accessories, documentation ,Order Summary
Ship Your Return: Send your package to the return address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our quality control team to inspect and process your return.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay Purchases: Refunds will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment.
